Is this a real diamond? No. It's moissanite. Different stone, same fire, arguably more of it.

What's moissanite, actually? A lab-grown gemstone. Harder than almost anything except diamond, and it throws more sparkle. Not a "fake diamond." Its own thing. Moissanite is sitting at around 9.5Mohs of hardness. Making it the second hardest gemstone.

Why not just get a diamond? You can. This is for people who'd rather spend the difference on something else.

How do I know it's what you say it is? Every piece is moissanite tester pen verified in-house before it ships. Read more on our Authenticity page. We don't rely on GRA certificates, they're not a credible standard, and we'd rather not pretend otherwise.

What's the band made of? S925 sterling silver based, and rhodium or 14k to 18k gold- plated S925, depending on the piece. Listed on each product page. It is also hypoallergenic.

Will the gold plating wear off? Our jewelry uses a technology that increases the plating lifespan. For proper care, take it off before the gym, and the pool, and it'll hold up for a very long time.

How do I clean it? Warm water, mild soap, soft brush. Dry it properly. Skip the ultrasonic cleaner and anything with bleach.

What size should I order? Check the sizing guide on the product page. If you're between sizes, size up.

Where do you ship? We ship to the EU, UK, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, the US and selected countries in Africa. Not on the list? Email us.

How long does shipping take? Typically, shipping takes 7 - 10 days.

Is shipping free? On orders of $100 and above. Below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout.

Will I pay import duties? US orders: import duties are paid by the recipient on delivery. Every other destination: duties and taxes are included in your shipping cost.

What's your return policy? 30 days. If the piece doesn't test as advertised, or you've just changed your mind, send it back.

Can I exchange for a different size or style? Please contact us for exchanges and refunds.

Do you offer a warranty? We have a 30day warranty for any defects. Please send us an email with the details. We will make good.
