Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 days after dispatch.

Free Shipping Shipping is free on orders of $75 and above. Below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout.

Shipping Destinations & Duties

EU, UK, Canada & Australia All applicable import duties and taxes are included in your shipping cost. No additional charges will be due upon delivery (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP).

United States Shipments to the USA are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The recipient may be responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by US customs upon delivery. Solita Stones is not liable for these charges.

All Other Destinations Import duties and taxes are included in your shipping cost. No additional charges will be due upon delivery.

Customs & Import Regulations Customers are responsible for ensuring their order complies with local import regulations. Solita Stones is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
